Plot Summary (Spoilers)

Answering the Crimson Raiders' call, four new Vault Hunters (Amara, Moze, Zane, FL4K) arrive on Pandora and meet Lilith, who sends them after a lost Vault map.
The Calypso Twins, Tyreen and Troy — both Sirens — ambush them; Tyreen drains Lilith's powers and takes the map to Promethea.
On Promethea, the Hunters help Atlas CEO Rhys fight off a Maliwan takeover by Katagawa Jr., who has joined the Twins, and kill Katagawa.
Maya and her apprentice Ava join the crew; inside the Promethea Vault the Twins absorb the Rampager's power, and Troy kills Maya draining her powers.
On Eden-6, the Hunters rescue Alastair Hammerlock, kill his traitor sister Aurelia, and open the Vault; Tannis drains the Graveward's energy before Tyreen can.
The Twins kidnap Tannis; the rescue reveals Tannis secretly inherited Siren powers, and that the Great Vault is opening.
The Hunters kill Troy — Ava inherits Maya's Siren powers — but Tyreen absorbs his energy and flees.
Typhon DeLeon, the first Vault Hunter, reveals the Great Vault holds the Destroyer, and that Pandora itself is the prison the Eridians built for it.
Tyreen is revealed as Typhon's daughter; she mortally wounds him and disables the Eridian machine.
The Hunters defeat Tyreen merged with the Destroyer; Lilith regains her powers and sacrifices herself to shut down Elpis, leaving a Firehawk sigil branded on the moon.

Liked it. Looter-shooter is a genre I typically enjoy, especially the looting.
Got the platinum trophy. Grinding, looting, and repetitive tasks are my things.
The overall plot wasn't interesting. The dialogue was good and funny, but half of it plays during shootouts, so I couldn't focus on it — a missed opportunity for me.
Negatives: the backtracking, because there are very few fast-travel spots, and the item comparison, which takes a long time and isn't convenient. I hope they improve these in the fourth game.
